This luminous and modern 1 bedroom apartment is located in a serviced hotel in downtown Dubai. The elegant apartment features an open floor plan, large windows, and a terrace with stunning views on Burj Khalifa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, plenty of storage, and a breakfast bar. The combination washer dryer is conveniently tucked away in a laundry closet. In the sunny bedroom you will find a queen bed, as well as an en suite with a stall shower and separate bathtub.
You will be in the heart of the city's buzzing commercial and tourist district, close to the Dubai Mall and the World Trade Centre. There are plenty of amenities such as supermarkets and public transport nearby.
