The apartment is close to plenty of bus stations and a short walk from Burj Khalifa Lake and the world-famous Dubai Fountain. The beach is easily accessible by bus or on foot. You will be living in the most vibrant and exclusive part of the city, with plenty of luxurious shopping malls, restaurants with extraordinary cuisine and many skyscrapers.
