Spacious and elegant 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for rent in Dubai Marina. The 98m2 apartment is fully equipped, complete with large windows and a balcony offering an excellent view of Dubai's skyscrapers. All necessary appliances and amenities are provided, including an air conditioning system, a swimming pool access, and available parking space.
You will be living in Dubai's charming and exotic area -the Jumeirah and Marina beaches are just a short walk away along with the Dubai Marina Mall. The apartment is close to plenty of public transportation services, including a waterbus station, bus station and a tram station.
What we liked the most
- The beach is just next to the apartment building.
- We love the elegant living room featuring large windows with a fantastic view.
- The apartment has a guest toilet room.
- The living room's balcony offers excellent fifth-floor views of Dubai's skyscrapers.
