This 131m2, 2-bedroom apartment offers luxury and comfort all in one. The apartment has a spacious living room that opens up to a well-sized balcony with incredible views of the Dubai Marina. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a door which has a bar window.
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Dubai. Near the beach, you can enjoy the Dubai Marina Walk, Pier 7, and the outdoor cinema. The activities are only secondary to the incredible man-made canals.
What we liked the most
- There is 1 full bathroom with a bathtub and and 1 toilet room to share.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove top, oven, and dishwasher.
- There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- There are incredible views of the city and marina from this 39th-floor apartment.
- The balcony has amazing views and comes furnished.
