This 5-bedroom apartment is located on the 30th floor of the Manchester Tower. From so high up, you have beautiful views of the city landscape. The apartment has a cozy kitchen that is fully equipped and 1 bathroom to share. The building provides reception service, pool access, and parking.
Dubai Marina is a waterside development which contains the Dubai Marina Walk entertainment area with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Room description
Bedroom 4 has a single bed, TV, chest of drawers, storage, a built-in wardrobe, its own independent key, AC, and a balcony.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen may be interior, but the bedrooms that face the exterior have large windows which allow them to receive a lot of natural light.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove top, oven, washing machine, and a lot of cupboards.
- Bedroom 4 has a balcony with pretty city views.
- You have easy access to the tram and metro to get around town.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 30th floor so may not be suited for tenants who have a fear of heights.
