The interior of the property is bright and clean, with a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen that is to be shared with your housemates. Please note that either men or women can rent the apartment, but mixing is forbidden.
Al Barsha is a residential neighbourhood that is situated to the south-east of central Dubai. The surrounding area is lively, with several bars, restaurants and cafés nearby for entertainment. If you enjoy shopping, you're in the right place — the Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai are both just next to the apartment.
