This 3-bedroom apartment has beds for rent in shared bedrooms. The apartment is a snug home in a central location. The common area is the fully equipped kitchen that has plenty of storage space for all roommates. The shared bathroom has a renovated sink and shower.
The apartment is located in the Tecom and Al Barsha district, home to many hotels and the wonderful Mall of the Emirates. The property is actually about a 6-minute walk to the mall, so it is a great location for shoppers. You are connected to the rest of the city by bus and by metro.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a microwave, mini oven, 2-burner gas stove, and washing machine.
- There is 1 full bathroom to share with a waterfall shower head.
- Bedroom 1 also comes with its own mini refrigerator.
- The location is perfect – next to the Mall of the Emirates, bus lines, and a metro stop.
