The house is located a 15-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute drive from the beach. There is a supermarket nearby, and a small grocery store within walking distance.

Bedroom 3 has a king bed, television and a large standalone wardrobe. This room is located in the outhouse, adjoining the kitchen. The modern ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and storage space.
