Rooms are available to rent in this 12-bedroom villa. The rooms are modern and fully equipped. The villa has a large entrance hall with sofas, and a very large, fully equipped kitchen. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. This villa also has a covered pool in the grounds. There is also covered parking available. 24-hour security is provided along with a porter.
The Villa is close to Al Quoz pond park, and just a short drive from downtown Dubai. Maydan Racecourse is just down the road, and the beaches of Jumeirah are a few minute's drive.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a very large room with a king size double bed, a sofa, a TV, a desk to work from home, and a small refrigerator. There is a large built-in wardrobe, and this room has an en-suite bathroom. The windows in this room look to the front of the property.
What we liked the most
- The rooms in the villa are large and well furnished.
- You will have use of the villa's own private pool.
- You will be very close to downtown Dubai and all that there is to see and do there.
- For the safety conscious it will be very reassuring to know that the villa has 24-hour security.
