The interior of the property is exceptionally bright, modern, spacious and decorated with state-of-the-art furniture. The main room serves as a comfortable living room and bedroom, and the kitchen area is fully equipped with up-to-date conveniences.
The Palm Jumeirah Development is one of the most coveted areas in Dubai. This neighbourhood is popular amongst tourists and locals and therefore has a large selection of cafés, bars and restaurants. The apartment is well-connected to the rest of Dubai by public transport, as there are bus, tram and metro stops nearby.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a great place to entertain guests and relax in the sunshine.
- Tenants have access to a swimming pool which is in the building.
- The property has a washing machine and a dryer — laundry will never be a chore.
- The beach is very close to the apartment.
- Pets are permitted on the premises.
- The property has central AC, therefore the apartment maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the week.
