This studio apartment offers an area of 40sqm. Despite its size, it is extremely cozy and offers separate spaces which make it feel less like a studio. The kitchen is found in the entrance a bit separated from the bedroom area, and then you find a living room area in between with a sofa and coffee table. In addition, the room comes furnished with a double bed, bar dining table and stools, chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe.
Located on the 27th floor of Jumeirah Lake Towers, you can enjoy incredible views of the 3 turquoise-colored lakes that surround them. This neighborhood is an area on the rise due to its location near the beach, Dubai Marina and waterfront restaurants. Nearby you can also find Synergy University Dubai Campus, American School of Dubai, JBR Walk and the Dubai Marina Mall.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom is quite spacious and comes with a bathtub.
- The studio is fully equipped with AC, a washing machine, an oven, and a TV.
- The couch allows for a nice living room area.
