This bright and comfortable 1st-floor studio apartment is available for rent in a complex in a quiet suburb near The Villa. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows at the bedroom end, letting in plenty of natural light. There are a double bed and large built in wardrobe, also a very large L-shaped sofa, coffee table and desk for a home-office. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, including a washing machine and plenty of storage space.
The apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a gym, located in the complex. It is also ideally located for those studying in Dubai, close to several institutes of learning, including Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, the American University in the Emirates, and the Emirates Aviation University.
What we liked the most
- This is a quiet suburb of Dubai, away from the noise and hubbub of the tourists, but still only a short drive into the city.
- Access to a gym and an outdoor pool! What's not to love about that?
- Huge floor to ceiling windows replacing one wall of the apartment make it so bright inside.
- It is ideally located for students at any of the nearby institutes of learning.

- Wifi is not currently installed, but the landlord plans on installing it.
