A cosy, luxurious, 4 bedroom house with a garden and a sauna is available for rent for professionals and postgraduates, situated in the North Central area of Dublin. This house can be found in the village of Raheny and is therefore close to shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes and budgets. The house is fully furnished and includes a spacious kitchen that is attached to a separate laundry room. There are several communal areas such as the living room, the playroom and the garden which are ideal for spending time with housemates. Each bedroom features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. St. Anne's Park is located 3 minutes from the property.
