Large 2 bedroom apartment for rent with a balcony and underground parking spot, located in the area of Ashtown. This luminous apartment is fully furnished - one of its best features is its spacious living area with a kitchen corner and access to a balcony, offering a tranquil courtyard view. A short walk from the apartment can lead you to a street full of shops and cafes, as well as the relaxing Ashington Park. The city centre can be reached in 30 minutes with a bus or 25 minutes with a car.
What we liked the most
- Tenants can enjoy free gym membership - the gym is located in the building next door.
- The nearby bus route can take you into the city centre in just 30 minutes.
- We love the luminous living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a kitchen corner.
- The apartment also has a balcony facing the quiet courtyard.
Things to keep in mind
- The building has underground parking with spaces for two cars.
- The property does not have a TV, but there is a connection for cable that tenants can use. Cable and TV license will be an additional fee in this case.
