This apartment, with an area of 90 sqm, offers 2 comfortable bedrooms each with a double bed. Despite the comfort of the bedrooms, the true gem is the very large living room and kitchen area. Separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, it is the perfect place for socializing and relaxing in an open space. Located in the neighborhood of Ballsbridge you can enjoy the views of the river and tree-lined streets. This area is well-connected to the rest of the city and is also near the Aviva Stadium.
What we liked the most
- One of the bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom.
- There is wooden flooring throughout the apartment.
- The living room and kitchen area are connected in a large open space, making it a great place for rest and relaxation.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with a washer/dryer combination, dishwasher, and oven.
- In addition to the balcony, you can enjoy the comfort of an indoor fireplace.
