This beautifully presented 3-bedroom apartment for rent enjoys beautiful views over Marlay Park. The flat has central heating, a washer-dryer, and a spacious open plan kitchen and living area equipped with a dishwasher, dining table and a fireplace. There is 1 shared bathroom and bedroom 1 has an ensuite.
The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Rathfarnham, a 20-minute drive or 35-minute bus ride from Dublin's city centre. Beautiful Marlay Park is across the road and there is a shopping centre nearby.
What we liked the most
- The welcoming and cozy living area has a fireplace and a television.
- The kitchen is nicely presented, with wooden cabinets adding to the overall warm atmosphere.
- Marlay Park next door provides an excellent outdoor space to exercise or enjoy a picnic!
- All bedrooms and the spacious balcony have beautiful views over the park.
- There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
