This 1-bedroom flat comes with parking and is located in a gated community, making it safe and convenient. The property is modern, beautifully decorated, and equipped with central heating. The kitchen comes with all that is needed to cook, and has a dishwasher.
The apartment is in Ballsbridge, close to the city centre, the canal and the 3Arena entertainment venue. There is a supermarket a few hundred metres from the apartment, and you will also find pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is within walking distance of the city centre and close to a Dart station.
- Parking costs are included in the rental price.
- The bedroom has a window facing an internal courtyard, making it quiet.
- The living room opens out onto a balcony with lovely views of the city and Dublin's mountains.
