In Ballsbridge, this 2-bedroom flat available to rent is located near several Google offices. On the 5th floor, you have an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens up onto a balcony overlooking the street below. The living room is spacious, furnished with a large dining table and lots of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a breakfast bar. The rooms are quite spacious and there is 1 bathroom.
On Gran Canal Plaza, you are in the upscale district of Ballsbridge but right next to a train station that connects you to Dublin City Center. The best of both worlds. You are near the River Liffey and Grand Canal Street Upper, where you can find plenty of bars, coffee shops, and other amenities.
