It offers a full kitchen with a dishwasher, toilet room, central heating and a living area with a television opening out onto a small patio. The flat for rent is located in a new apartment complex on North Wall Quay, in Dublin's North Inner City. There are a number or restaurants and pubs nearby, and The Convention Centre Dublin, and the live entertainment venue 3Arena area also close to the apartment. A short walk across the River Liffey will take you to the Trinity College Area and Temple Bar. The location of the apartment, close to public transport, makes it easy to travel to other parts of the city: Spencer Dock light train station, several bus stops, and Connolly Station and Docklands train stations are all within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- This stylish apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, offering a clean and very comfortable living space.
- There is one full bathroom, one ensuite to bedroom 2, and a toilet room.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a stove and an oven.
- The living area has been smartly designed to be an inviting room where the whole flat can relax together, watch television or share a meal.
- There is a washer-dryer allowing tenants to take care of their laundry regardless of the weather.
