2 Rooms are available to rent in a large apartment with a balcony and 1 bathroom in the convenient neighbourhood of Stoneybatter. This area is relatively close to the city centre, and filled with interesting restaurants, bars, cafés and convenience stores. Tenants have access to a car park, and there is a bus stop just 2 minutes away. The interior of the property is both spacious and luminous, boasting a cosy but sizeable living room which has comfortable seating and access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances, and there is 1 bathroom to share between tenants.

What we liked the most

  • Tenants can access parking facilities, but, if they do not use them, €100 will be deducted from the total rent.
  • This area is relatively close to Dublin city centre.
  • This 2-bedroom flat is quite spacious.
  • The balcony is the perfect sun trap during summer months.
  • There is a dryer in the apartment which is very convenient for laundry days.

Tenants also have access to a car park – if they do not require these parking facilities throughout the year, then there will be a deduction of €100 from the total rent.
