Rooms are available for rent to female students in this family home in Knocklyon. The rooms are all well decorated and furnished, as is the rest of the house. The tenants will have use of their own private living room, separate from the landlady's, which has a TV and coffee table, bookshelves, and a sofa. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and includes a large dining table. There is also a well equipped laundry room and a garden which tenants can use.
This is a peaceful suburb, connected by bus to the city centre. Near the house is a small commercial area where you can find a SuperValu supermarket along with a Post Office, a pharmacy, and other local shops.
