A room is available for rent in a cosy 3-bedroom house with a garden in peaceful Porterstown in Dublin. The house is well equipped and has plenty of natural light as well as a grassy garden that is perfect for barbecues and sunbathing when the weather is good.
Porterstown is a safe residential area, located to the north-west of Dublin city centre and a 30-minute bus ride from the heart of the city. Close to the property are several parks, ideal for exercising or a relaxing afternoon stroll, and also Blanchardstown Centre, Ireland's largest shopping and leisure centre, so you will never be without something to do.
