Two bedrooms are available to rent for professionals in this lovely shared three bedroom apartment with a live-in landlord. Located in the tranquil and upscale Ballsbridge area, the property is close to the city center, as well as supermarkets, bars, and a park. Rarely will you find such a peaceful neighborhood so close to downtown! The cozy apartment is quite new and beautifully decorated, with classic, comfortable furnishings. On the first floor there is a modern shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dual washer dryer, and small appliances. With great amenities and a fantastic location, this is an ideal option for professionals.
