This 3-bedroom house has 2 spacious living rooms, a sunny back garden, and 2 furnished rooms for rent. The landlady is a nice young Irish women and she occupies the 3rd bedroom. The house is modern and stylish, with polished wooden floors and fashionable furnishings.
Blanchardstown is a predominantly residential area, but you will still find everything you need just a short walk or bus ride away. The centre of Dublin can be reached by bus in approximately 40 minutes, but there are plenty of shops close by, including a butcher and a pub. Meat and Guinness, what more could you want?

Bedroom 2 has a wooden framed double bed and lots of storage space for your belongings. The room also has a street facing window that lets in plenty of natural light.
