A spacious room is available to rent in a lovely family home in Finglas East, shared with the live-in landlords. On the ground floor of the house you will find the bedroom for rent as well as the large living/dining room with a table that can seat six, plus a large sofa and a big flat screen TV. The kitchen is spacious and comes with all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher. There are also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are the landlords bedrooms and the bathroom, which has a standing shower, washbasin, and toilet.
You will be living on a quiet street in a lovely suburb of the city. The area is mostly residential, but you can find local shops, including grocery stores about a 5-7 minute walk away in Finglas Village, where there are also a couple of coffee shops, bars, and takeaways. There are a few bus routes that run near by, some within just a minute's walk of the house, and several more about a 10-minute walk away. Dublin City University is about a 35-minute walk, or a short bus journey.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers that doubles as a desk. The window has a view of the street.
What we liked the most
- This is a really lovely house, where you will very quickly feel at home.
- The house has both a washer and dryer, so you won't have to rely on good weather do wash your clothes.
- Dublin City is very close by, ideal for a student.
- Despite being a very quiet, tranquil area, there are plenty of stores within a convenient distance.
