This spacious 3-bedroom house on Hunters Meadow, in Ballycullen has a bright furnished room for rent. The property is occupied by the landlord and has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a tidy tiled bathroom. The house is also equipped with a television, and a washing machine and dryer.
The house is located in Ballycullen, to the South of the city centre. This predominantly residential neighbourhood is a nice peaceful spot to live, with wide open spaces and lovely parks. There are plenty of shops within easy reach and the bus is close by to get you around.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed and is fully furnished. This tidy room is equipped with a spacious wardrobe and a desk, and it gets plenty of natural light.

- The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
- There is a nice back garden area.
