There are rooms for rent in this cozy 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom house located on Mount Simon Lawn in quiet Clonsilla. The 104 m² house is shared with the live-in landlady, and is equipped with a generous bathroom, fully furnished living and dining areas, and a spacious kitchen.
Clonsilla is a quiet residential neighbourhood, but it is definitely not lacking in that charming Dublin buzz. The area is home to beautiful parks as well as lovely cafes, stores and restaurants to enjoy.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, and is equipped with a large wardrobe for personal storage and a heating unit. The bedroom also has a large window which lets in plenty of sunlight and has street views.
What we liked the most
- The house is in a great location, close to the train station and amenities.
- The living area is spacious, and furnished with a comfortable couch and flat screen TV.
- The kitchen is well equipped for cooked, with an oven, stovetop and microwave.
- The house is heated by natural gas, so you will be nice and cozy during the colder months.
- There is free parking outside of the house.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 bathroom to be shared by all tenants.
- There is a washer but no dryer, so you will need to hang your clothes to dry them.
