This classic 4-bedroom house on Elm Field Ave, in Donaghmede has a furnished room for rent. The 100 m² property has a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room, 2 shared bathrooms and a nice back garden. The landlady and her family occupy the other bedrooms in the house.
The apartment is located in Donaghmede, roughly 45 minutes from the centre of Dublin. This predominantly residential neighbourhood has a family friendly atmosphere with lovely parks and open spaces.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed and is fully furnished. The room is nice and spacious, bright, and is equipped with heating to keep you warm on cold Dublin nights.
What we liked the most
- The house features lovely polished wooden floors.
- Gas heating is installed throughout.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- Dinner and breakfast are included in the rental price.
- Schools, a shopping centre, and a cinema can all be found close by.
Things to keep in mind
- The house is located outside the centre of Dublin, however there is a bus stop close by and parking available for those that drive.
