There are bright rooms to rent in a spacious flat in central Dublin. This 2-bedroom property has a gorgeous balcony with a courtyard view. It is the perfect place to take your morning coffee with a view of the trees. The living room features comfortable couches around an elegant fireplace and is a great place to personalise with your own touches of decor. This apartment has 1 shared bathroom as well as a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has all the amenities you could ask for and is ready for you to use.
You will be well connected in this area. Close to the Channel, you won't want for transit options and just minutes walking from the lively Heytesbury Street. Picado Mexican Panty and Spar grocers are located about 5 minutes away, so you can conveniently run you errands on foot. There is also a gym and many banks in the area.
What we liked the most
- The balcony has a small table and chairs, so you can comfortably have a drink in the fresh air.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven and 4-burner stove, perfect for the aspiring home chef.
- Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
