There is a cozy room for rent in this charming 2-storey house in Cabra. The available room, as well as the landlady's bedroom, is located on the upper floor with views of the private garden. The house has wood and carpet flooring and is fully equipped. The kitchen looks into the living room through a service window which also allows for a living room and kitchen that are constantly filled with natural light.
The house is located in a residential area of Cabra. Although surrounded by houses, you also have plenty of small shopping centers and commercial streets nearby. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can find a post office, pharmacy, and other basic amenities. There are also several bus stops nearby that provide connections all over the city.
