There are rooms for rent in this cozy 3-bedroom house with a live-in landlady on Cedar Court, Terenure. The house has a spacious living area with couch and TV that leads into a charming, well-equipped kitchen. A large set of glass doors open out to a well-groomed garden with a washing line and shed. There is also one shared bathroom with a shower/bath, toilet and sink.
This neighbourhood is fairly suburban. There are large parks and sports grounds in the area and it is well connected to central Dublin by bus. Within walking distance you'll find a supermarket and all the shops you'll need.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The charming room also offers plenty of storage space, with 2 wardrobes.
What we liked the most
- The red walls make the living room feel warmer and cosy.
- The kitchen has a charming tiled splashback.
- The shed in the garden is a made of beautiful, red wood. An eye-catching addition!
- There are multiple supermarkets and restaurants in the area, giving you a large range of dining options.
- There is parking available for no extra cost, making the city even more accessible if you have a car.

- There is no clothes dryer in this house, however there is a line in the garden.
