Drumcondra is a residential district located just north of the city center. Full of lovely houses and with great bus connections, this is a popular area for people wanting a more relaxed atmosphere. On Russell Avenue, you are just 5 minutes to the Drumcondra Train Station and several bus stops. Along the same street, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

Bedroom 1 is a sunny and cozy room with a double bed, small desk, and a lovely decorative fireplace. For storage, you have a wardrobe.

- We love the simple but stylish decor.
- The patio is a perfect place to sit out and relax.
- You can reach the city center by bus in just 10 minutes.
- St. Patrick's College Drumcondra is also a short bus ride away.
