This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-storey house in Crumlin has a cozy room available to rent. The available room is located on the ground floor near the shard common areas. There is a large semi-open kitchen and living room separated by an archway. Both rooms have exterior windows to the street and private garden, keeping them filled with natural light. The kitchen has modern appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a large dining table.
Crumlin is a residential neighborhood about 20 minutes southwest of Dublin City Center. But this area is known for its great bus connections. On Cashel Road, you are around the corner from small neighborhood shops and also have several small parks nearby.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a small but bright room, furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. For storage, you have shelving and a standalone wardrobe.
