Although the area’s pricing ranges from very expensive to the simply ridiculous – there are some cool free museums to check out.
We recommend Whitefriars Crypt, The Museum of London, and The Bank of England Museum.
And despite being right in the city centre, The City of London has a few pockets of tranquility for you to enjoy.
So if it’s quiet contemplation you need, stop by one of many historic churches. You’ll find it.
