Only 20 minutes from the Milan city centre, San Siro is perfect. (If to you ‘perfect’ means ‘a calm and peaceful environment with plenty of entertainment.’)
It's home to AC Milan’s and Inter Milan’s Giuseppe Meazza stadium. (Yep, they share a single stadium. Sharing is caring.) The nickname of the stadium is San Siro, after the neighbourhood.
Towering apartment buildings, luxury complexes, and even villas; this is a diverse neighbourhood. There’s even a park or two, where you can play sports, rather than just watching.

Head over to San Siro stadium on game day. Feel the ground thump to the thunder of drums. Vanish in the smoke of a thousand flares. Scream yourself hoarse with taunts.
The only question: Inter or AC? Chi non salta...
Feeling lucky? Like the gee-gees? Fancy a flutter? Head over to the San Siro hippodrome. Gamble away your wages, or watch enthralled as the horses streak by.
Can you never get enough of the beautiful game? Does soccer set your soul on fire? But – oh no! – it’s summer. There’s nothing happening at Giuseppe Meazza. What to do?
San Siro has the solution to your cravings. Have a kickabout – or something more competitive – at the neighbouring Parco di Trenno.
And now that you've worked up an appetite...
La Conchiglia is a good choice. Generous portions, and fair prices. The seafood is what people talk about, but meat and pizza are on offer too.

San Siro stadium has been host to some amazing football matches, but it is also one of Milan’s best concert venues. Over the years it's hosted performances some legendary names. Bob Marley, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Michael Jackson, and more. Musical!
