This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Almez is an affordable ground floor space in a residential building. There is a common laundry room in the building, which is shared with other residents. Inside the apartment, you get good light from the windows, and the bedroom has a view to the interior patio. It’s a cozy space with a shower stall in the bathroom and an equipped kitchen, which makes it easy to move in without having to buy any extras like pots and dishes. The front door opens into the living space, which has a sofa, a dining table with chairs, and some decorative touches that give it a Moorish feel.
With the Sierra Nevada Mountains nearby, Granada is a beautifully picturesque city and Albaicín is the perfect neighborhood steeped in history. You won’t be able to step outside your apartment without feeling the ancient heart of the city beating from every corner. There are churches, monasteries, and palaces everywhere, and both the Alcazaba and Alhambra are a 30-minute walk from your door. In the immediate neighborhood, you’ll want for nothing. Shopping, markets, cafés and restaurants are just steps away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is cozy, but with access to laundry facilities, a patio and a terrace, it really is a fantastic spot, and affordable too!
- You aren’t far from any of the major historical tourist spots.
- The area surrounding your apartment is fairly quiet and there are some cool narrow alleys.
- You are only a 10-minute walk from the city center.
