This is a beautiful 2-bedroom home with exposed brick and ceiling beams peeking out from behind the white walls, offering you a glimpse of the building's past. The balcony overlooks the city with incredible views of the unique architecture that makes up this city. The living room provides a comfortable sofa and television where you can relax. This home perfectly combines traditional and modern features.
Albaicín, with its cobbled streets and diverse shops, is a lovely part of Granada to live in. From this house, you're only a 10-minute walk from the famous Mirador San Nicolás, which overlooks the ancient and magnificent Alhambra. Even closer to home, you have Gran Via 1 minute away and the iconic Arco de Elvira seconds away. You are also only a 5-minute walk to the Cathedral and Town Hall. In addition to the famous sites nearby, you also have plenty of amenities that you can walk to in 5 minutes or less, such as the vegetarian restaurant, Páprika, or Al Sur de Granada, a natural foods store.
What we liked the most
- The views from the balcony of this apartment are breathtaking! You can just see the mountains in the background.
- This house is located in the "old" part of the city, where you'll feel like you're in a movie walking along the cobbled streets and white houses.
- The exposed brick and ceiling beams give this house a charming and cosy feeling, connecting you with the history of the area.
