On Avenida de Madrid, this spacious 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the central Plaza de Toros district. The apartment is located in a lovely residential building with a large courtyard and community swimming pool. On the 6th floor with big windows throughout, the apartment receives plenty of natural light. There is a large living room that has a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a dining area, and a large desk. The fully equipped kitchen is also quite spacious with plenty of cabinet and cooking space.
The apartment is located in a great area, just minutes from Avenida de la Constitución which is lined with stores, restaurants, and all you basic amenities. There are also several bus stops that provide great connections to lines that take you all over the city.
What we liked the most
- Cristina, our homechecker, loved the big windows that let in lots of sunlight.
- Bedroom 1 comes with an en-suite bathroom.
- We like the big living room that is deal for relaxing or entertaining.
- There is an AC unit to keep you cool during summer.
- You also have access to a community swimming pool!
