This 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Conde de Tendillas, in San Juan de Dios, is fully furnished and covers an area of 60 m². The exterior property has 3 little balconies with lovely street views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also 1 bathroom and a cozy living area.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location in Granada City Centre, right in between the Monastery of San Jerónimo and the Granada Cathedral. You will find numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, and buses stop 2 minutes away to talk you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The living area is bright and spacious.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled and has a bathtub.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout
- Cristina the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
- There is a supermarket just around the corner.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dishwasher or oven in the kitchen.
- The apartment does not have heating or AC.
