This luminous 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle Cármenes de Gadeo, in Albaicin Alto, is 55 m² and comes equipped with AC. The exterior property has a fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous living area with stunning panoramic views.
The apartment is located in a beautiful historical area, only 4 minutes from a bus stop. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance of this apartment, so you don't need to go too far for the essentials.
What we liked the most
- The stylish living area has 3 large windows, sofa, and TV.
- The kitchen has an extendable table and 2 foldable chairs.
- The bathroom has been nicely renovated and has a bathtub.
- There is a seperate laundry room with a washing machine.
- Raquel the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
- There is a supermarket a 3-minute walk away.
- You will find several tapas bars to explore nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
- There is AC in the living area, but not in the bedrooms.
- There was no heating in the bedrooms at the time of our visit, but the landlord is going to install electric heaters.
