This charming 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Real de Cartuja, in San Francisco Javier has a spacious and bright living area with gorgeous wooden rafters on the ceiling, and comes furnished with a couch, TV, dining table and a small kitchenette. The washing machine is located in the bathroom along with a shower. The bedroom has a large double and single bed with a TV situated on the opposite wall. This apartment has both AC and heating units and a small, street-facing balcony.
Just around the corner from this apartment you'll find a grocery store and cafes. There is also a bus stop situated directly across the road, in front of a virtual teaching campus for the University of Granada. Within a 5-10 minute walk are a large park, a gym and the main campus of University of Granada. It is a fairly central apartment, perfect for a student.
What we liked the most
- There is a central courtyard to the building with charming pot plants, small pond and a pebble floor.
- The living area is open plan with windows and doors to let the apartment breathe.
- The apartment has a slightly vintage décor with adorable floral accents.
- There are beautiful dark wood accents throughout the apartment.
- There are gorgeous churches and historical buildings within walking.
- The Kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave and stovetop and any cooking equipment or crockery you may need.
- There is a spacious wardrobe built into the wall where you can store all your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom is furnished with both a double bed and a single bed, but the single bed can be removed if required.
- The Kitchenette does not incude an oven, but there is a stove top and microwave.
