This 3-bedroom apartment on Camino Real de los Neveros, in Genil is fully furnished and has a stylish and colourful decor. The property has a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. Granada gets hot, hot, hot in summer! But, you'll be able to cool off in the pool!
The apartment is located in Genil, a tranquil spot found south east of central Granada. Although not a central barrio, you'll still have plenty of shops and some excellent local restaurants to explore close by.
What we liked the most
- Genil is half-way to the Sierra Nevada; ideal for those that like the outdoors.
- Having a pool is a huge plus in Granada.
- There is a garage available if you have a car.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors.
- The living room opens out onto a lovely balcony.
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to cook.
- The living room is nice and spacious and gets plenty of natural light.
- There is a seperate laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

- The landlord would like to sell the property, so tenants have to agree to allow potential buyers to visit the apartment.
