A spacious 45 sqm one bedroom apartment with one bathroom located in a beautiful building dating back from the 19th century. The owner has done a fantastic job modernising this apartment while maintaining the attractive historical features. This interior apartment offers a large living area, a separate kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. It is located on Calle Lucena, right in the city centre. This stunning neighborhood is a great place to live, with plenty of historic sites to be explored and close to a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. This apartment is located a minute away from the stunning Cathedral of Granada.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very clean and tidy throughout. It has beautiful wooden ceilings and tiled floors throughout.
- The living area is huge, and features a dining table with four chairs, a bookcase and a large sofa.
- Finding space to store your personal belongings won't be a problem, with plenty of storage space available throughout the apartment, including a huge built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.
- In the kitchen you will find a great selection of appliances as well as a range of accessories for cooking and dining.
- The bathroom is modern and fully tiled.
- All windows are double glazed, keeping the apartment silent and warm in winter.
Things to keep in mind
- No utilities are included in the monthly rent, and they will need to be paid by the tenant separately.
- The apartment is interior but doesn't feel dark. The living room has some windows which let in nice natural light.
