Nestled in the heart of Albaicyn, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located on Calle Panaderos. This historical neighborhood is a destination for travelers worldwide, but it still maintains a local atmosphere and tenants will love living at the center of one of Granada'a most beautiful districts. Spanning 50 m2, the spacious property has a private terrace with views of Sacramonte and the rooftop of Granada's traditional homes.
What we liked the most
- The best feature of this apartment is the spacious terrace with gorgeous views of the Sacramonte and Granada rooftops. Tenants can spend the whole day on this terrace sunbathing and spending time with friends.
- The living room is furnished with a nice wooden table with four chairs for tenants to have meals or study.
- The window looks out to the iconic winding streets of Albaicyn.
- Bedroom 1 has a big double bed with street views.
- The apartment is decorated with traditional wooden furniture, giving an authentic feel to the property.

- Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, but you can put them together to create a double bed.

The non-English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and does not require a deposit. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Rent can be paid by cash, bank transaction, or credit card.
Though the landlord is not asking for a security deposit, you will still be charged for the equivalent of one month's rent as a holding deposit when you book via the Spotahome website.
