This 40 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle Real de Cartuja, in San Francisco Javier is equipped with AC and comes fully furnished to accommodate 2 tenants. The kitchen has all you need to cook, and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed and television.
This charming historical neighbourhood is an ideal place to call home in Granada, home to numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and cultural attractions. Both the Fuentenueva and Cartuja University campuses are within walking distance, and the bus stops 2 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in a charming historical building with a lovely shared courtyard.
- The spacious open plan kitchen and living area provides an excellent space to relax at the end of the day.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- The beautiful exposed brick beams on the ceiling add to the overall cozy atmosphere.
- You can walk to the Cathedral of Granada in 16 minutes.
- The beautiful Jardines Del Triunfo are just around the corner.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but you will find a microwave and stovetop.
- Bedroom 1 does not have a window.
