Two rooms are available in this lovely apartment with a live-in landlady, located in the heart of Granada's center. You will be close to the best that this unique city has to offer, including its remarkable historic sights and famous free tapas. The building is also a short walk from the Fuentenueva campus of the University of Granada. At 100 sqm, the apartment itself is sunny, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Two large windows fill the spacious living and dining room with light. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a washing machine, oven, and lots of storage space. There are heating units throughout the apartment, including the available bedrooms and shared bathroom.
