This 120 m², 4-bedroom apartment with rooms available to rent is a very spacious property that receives a lot of sunlight. The kitchen is very big and is separate from the bedrooms, so you'll never wake up to cooking noises. The living room opens up to a balcony which lets in plenty of natural light and adds space to the already comfortable common area. There are 2 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Joaquina Eguaras. You have a shopping center right across the street and are only 2 minutes to a main bus station.
What we liked the most
- There is a balcony attached to the living room which lets in plenty of natural light.
- The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table, dining table, a huge storage unit, and a TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, double sink, dining table, a lot of cupboards, and a separate food pantry.
- There is a laundry room, attached to the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine.
- There are 2 full bathrooms to share that are very spacious and colorful.
- The apartment is well-connected to the city by bus.

- The apartment has central heating, but no central AC.
