Rooms are available to rent in a 170 m², 3-bedroom house with a terrace in Albaicín, Granada. The 3-storey house feels very homely and has been decorated in a quirky and alternative way, complete with fun, unique details such as the art-work and interesting furnishings. The windows have incredible views of the Alhambra while the beautiful terrace is an unrivalled place to enjoy evening meals. All communal areas are to be shared with the live-in landlord.
Located in Albaicín, the ancient heart of the city, this property is unparalleled in terms of atmosphere. With its labyrinth of narrow streets, the neighbourhood has a rich history, vibrant nightlife and plenty to do. You can visit the fascinating Church of San Salvador or stroll along the Carrera del Darro, one of the oldest streets in the area, known known for its performances, vendors, cafés, to name just a few of the things on offer here.
What we liked the most
- The terrace, with its spectacular views of the city, is a fantastic feature, an amazing place to watch a sunset.
- The living room feels very cosy with its enormous sofa and stove.
- The property is very characterful with quirky features and personal touches that lend interest.
- The fish-tank is a fun and unique addition.
- This neighbourhood is ideal for those who want to truly feel that they are living in Granada.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dryer available with the property but there is plenty of space inside or out on the terrace for a rack to dry your clothes.
- The kitchen does not have a traditional oven, but it has a small electric oven and a fully functioning gas stove.
