There are rooms available to rent in this cozy 70 m², 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment offers comfortable and bright rooms, perfect for students. The rooms are organized around the spacious living room making it easy to interact with your roommates. Down the corridor, you have a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. The apartment has a Spanish charm with antique decor and traditional furniture pieces.
The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Ronda. You are a 5-minute walk to Neptuno shopping mall and a 15-minute walk to the University of Granada Science and Social Work campuses. Hungry but don't feel like cooking? Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants just minutes from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The living room is a bright and open room with a couch, dining table, and TV.
- The kitchen has a washing machine, and there is a washing line right outside the kitchen window.
- The bathroom comes with a bathtub and has chocolate-colored tiling.
- There are multiple bus lines that pass by the bus stop just 1 minute from the apartment.
- Within a 5-minute walk, you have restaurants, a mall, and even a computer store.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it is equipped with a microwave and a stove.
