The apartment has a really nice terrace with a beautiful view of the neighbourhood and a spacious and stylishly furnished living room with everything you need to relax after a days work or studying. The modern kitchen is perfect for shared living as it comes fully equipped and has plenty of counter space and a sizable dining table.
Living here you will be in a peaceful neighbourhood to the south of the city center where you can easily unwind. The 2 rivers that run through the city are both close by and provide an excellent track for a morning jog or evening walk. The area has lots of tranquil cafés and bars to choose from and there are bus stops right outside the apartment whenever you need to connect with the rest of the city.
